Tool submitters must use a ToolGradely submitter account before submitting a tool. Google login is preferred for secure account creation. LinkedIn profile or company-page proof may be used to verify the vendor or company relationship.

- Tool name and official website URL
- Primary category and up to five secondary categories
- Short description and main use case
- Pricing page URL and plan/offer details
- Feature list with title and short explanation
- Supported regions, payment methods, and contact/support details
Company and vendor information
- Company/vendor name
- Company website
- Founder or contact person name
- Business email
- Company country and size
- Company and tool social handles
- LinkedIn profile or company page for verification
Tool logo requirements
- Upload only .webp files
- Maximum 50 KB file size
- Square logo preferred
- Recommended size: 512×512 px
- Accepted range: 256×256 px to 1024×1024 px
- Use the official tool logo, not a random screenshot or marketing banner
Product screenshot and demo requirements
Tool submitters may provide screenshots, product visuals, or a YouTube/Vimeo demo link. Visuals should show the real product in action and should not mislead users.
- Only .webp screenshot files under 50 KB
- No fake dashboards or unclear mockups
- No overly promotional banners as product screenshots
- No sensitive customer data in screenshots
- Demo links should be YouTube or Vimeo URLs
Promotional and affiliate links
Vendors may submit a promotional or affiliate link. ToolGradely may use it as the outbound CTA when it is relevant, safe, and transparent.
Promotional links do not guarantee positive coverage, placement, or ranking. ToolGradely may add affiliate disclosure near the CTA.
Why a submission may be rejected
- Incomplete or unverifiable information
- Misleading pricing, features, or claims
- Low-quality or non-compliant visuals
- Tool is outside ToolGradely’s editorial scope
- Duplicate submissions or spam behavior
- Unsafe, illegal, adult, gambling, surveillance, or restricted content categories
